Rook, of all of the Dansk Designs peppermills, looks most like a chess piece, resembling the stereotypical castle (rook) piece. This mill is marked, most often, with the initials of Gunnar Cyren (GC). However, it has also been seen with the initials of Jens Quistgaard.
