Very few pieces of Nissen literature come up for auction on eBay, but as with the Dansk Catalogs, people don't seem to get into bidding wars over them. I'll upload the ones I win here.

This brochure has pictures of three of the Autogrind peppermills (you can vary the size of the ground pepper by pressing down on the knob), and also a (presumably) full set of the only peppermills I've seen that are positively identified as chess pieces. The chess set includes the King, Queen, Knight, Bishop, Castle, and Pawn.
